Klein Steel has exposed me to the most challenging work I have experienced in my career. It’s always fresh, it’s always an adventure and it’s always fun. On top of that, I have been given the opportunity to work with a truly diverse and accomplished team of people that enrich my life every day. Being a team member at Klein Steel has allowed me to grow as a professional and as a person and I feel privileged to be a part of such a fantastic company.
I can honestly say that I enjoy going to work. I’ve been working at Klein Steel for approx. 2-1/2 years and it’s been not only a learning experience… But a journey as well. Not having worked in the steel industry I was a little nervous about starting a career at Klein. From day one I was taken and shown everything I need to perform in a safe & efficient manner with the emphasis on quality for the customer. To me, it’s a privilege to work at Klein Steel.
During my time at Klein Steel I have found that working here is more than just having a job, it’s also about being part of a team. Since I have been working at Klein, I have come to understand what makes this company stand out from others. It starts with having friendly, knowledgeable people with the willingness to help each other. There is a strong focus on safety with a program in place to ensure all employees know how to perform there job safely and efficiently. With live our motto that says, “no one gets hurt on my shift”. Also, this company strives for 100% customer satisfaction, with the customer being number one. To achieve this goal, all departments pull together to make sure what needs to be done gets done. These qualities make Klein Steel a great place to do business with and a great place to work. I’m glad to be a part of this organization.
