  • Two 87,000 PSI Flow 6024 Dynamic Waterjet tables capable of cutting any material up to 6”
  • The most capable waterjet in New York State and New England
  • Cutting range of 6’ wide x 12’ long, with 12’ cutting zones

Plate Burning and Plasma Cutting
  • 7 burn tables
  • Cutting range up to 16’ wide x 55’ long
  • Oxy-fuel burning up to 8” carbon steel
  • Plasma burning up to 2 3/4” stainless steel and aluminum
  • High-Def and High-Performance plasma burning up to 1-1/2” carbon steel

Plasma Contour Bevel Station
  • Cutting range up to 16’ wide x 55’ long
  • Positive bevel angle of 45˚; negative bevel angle of 40˚
  • Carbon steel: 1-1/4” max. production pierce, 2” max. edge start
  • Stainless steel: 1” max. production pierce, 1-1/2” max. edge start

Drilling, Tapping, and Milling Work Center

Sawing

  • Minimum angle size of 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” x ¼” and maximum of 8” x 8” x 1”
  • Minimum flat size of ¼” x 3” and maximum of 1” x 12”
  • Minimum channel size of 4” and maximum of 5” (punching only)
  • Cutting range of up to 40’ long
