METAL SERVICE CENTER INSTITUTE (MSCI)

Klein Steel is the leading Rochester member of the MSCI. Joe Klein is a past President of the Buffalo Chapter of the SSCI and Klein Steel is now a permanent member of the Board of the MSCI Buffalo Chapter as well.

As a member of various strategic task forces of MSCI, Klein Steel has stayed on the cutting edge of metals distribution – allowing us to share our ideas for the future and helping us to use these ideas for serving our customers in an even better, more efficient manner.

Our employees have been active in helping to produce the MSCI video training series and comprehensive web-based training in metals, safety, sales, and leadership.
